We collect high quality clinical samples since 2003 for translational research
selected by expert pathologists under controlled conditions of normal and
diseased tissue from different origin.
The Tumor Bank is approved by the Ethical Commission of Bern,
we only collect samples with written informed patient consent.
TBB is financed by the Bernese Cancer League, sponsored by the
Department of Clinical Research, the Institute of Pathology of the
University of Bern and the Inselspital - Bern University Hospital
